Volunteers are needed in Rockville Hills Regional Park to assist with Trail Crew Work Day. Meet at the parking lot at 9 a.m. sharp! Lunch is provided. This is a wonderful opportunity to get a group of friends or colleagues together and enjoy the great outdoors. Scout troops, school groups and civic clubs are welcome. RSVP is mandatory. Take advantage of this special opportunity if you can because the King-Swett Ranches are otherwise closed. Run for Good 5K + 10K

5th Annual Lynch Canyon Train Run

For those wanting a more rural setting to race, check out the 5th Annual Lynch Canyon Train Run-  The run features a Half Marathon, 10K, 5K and 2.5-mile community hike.  The route follows actual trails in Lynch Canyon and offers outstanding views of open space, the Napa Valley, San Francisco, Mt. Tamalpais and Mt. Diablo.  Entry fees before April 1 are $30 for half-Marathon, $20 for 10K, $15 for 5K, while the 2.5-mile hike is FREE. Race mregistration increases after April 1.
